The answer to getting ripped abs is Throw downs it is a military drill used in well.. the Military and I lost my belly fat including the extra on my back in 3 weeks.
Throw downs well you lay on your back have a partner stand right above your head you will hold their ankles and bring your legs up so they can hold your feet they then throw your legs down and you resist your legs from hitting the ground squeeze your stomach and pull your legs up back to your partner then they will again throw your legs back down.
Do not do more than 20 you will be hurting big time if your a beginner.
To rip your waist line have your partner push your legs from side to side instead of throwing your legs straight down and your welcome it will work!!!
