Ball Squeeze Thigh Exercises

Easy to do thigh exercises using an exercise ball.

Lay on your back place ball between knees and squeeze. Also extend legs up place ball between legs around level of calf and ankle raise legs up and squeeze.

This does target that area well, however you are correct..you need to work all muscle groups and do cardio to effectively burn and tone..and there are always genetics.

I exercise and weight train at least 3-4 times a week and at 5'5" I weigh between 145-150. I have learned to exercise to be healthy and to stop focusing so much on the "weight number".

I feel great when I exercise and when I do not my body aches, I am tired and have no energy. You need no special equiptment to work out...all those fancy things are a waste of space.. 5,10lb weights, a ball and your own body weight is the best!
