Ball Thigh Exercises

I change up my cardio every second day, but every day I do my ball exercises.
I do 3 sets of 10 reps. This includes; 3 different types of leg lifts; 2 kinds of sit ups; push ups and squats for my thigh exercises.
I had a baby 4 months ago and gained 75lbs during my pregnancy. So far I have lost 70 and going strong. Im pushing for 20 more.
