Believe In Yourself - The Best Weight Loss Motivation Of All
Ever since I was a young child, I have always been the heaviest girl in my grade. I would eat candy and junk whenever I could, and then beat myself up for it the next day when I would look in the mirror and dispise what I saw.
My parents would always tell me that I wasn't overweight, just taller than the rest of the kids in my class - and they would soon catch up to me. But no matter how much I hated the shape of my body, I did nothing about it.
I finally woke up one morning, looked in the mirror and said to myself: starting today I will love myself for who I am on the INSIDE, rather than just the out. Starting today I will work my way towards a healthier, happier body, one that I can be proud of.
That day- probably one of the most life changing days of my life- took place just about four months ago. Since then I have lost an amazing twenty five pounds by following a HEALTHY diet and exercise program. And the even more amazing part of all this to me is that I was able to accomplish this all on my own.
