Careful With Prescriptions For Lower Back Pain

For years I suffered with lower back pain and like most other people I was prescribed basic painkillers that I soon became addicted to.

Even when I tried hard to quit I started to suffer from withdrawal symptoms, along with my lower back pain coming back. Some of the withdrawal symptoms were vomiting, joint pain, and restlessness in my legs.

My addiction to prescription pain killers for my lower back pain happened over a long period of time and it was so gradual that I didn’t even notice. It was some of my friends that noticed that something might be wrong.

Over time I started taking more of these prescription pain killers and more often as well. I think it was due to the fact that my body got used to the prescriptions so I had to take more to lessen the pain.

I was one of the lucky ones who was able to stop my dependency on prescription pain killers for my lower back pain. Once off them completely I began a more natural lower back pain treatment that includes exercise, proper nutrition and natural herbs.

So far things seem to be working much better and my lower back pain is hardly noticeable anymore.
