Cellulite Is Terrible

Like many women I too have cellulite problems even though I am thin and I eat fairly healthy.

I only drink water and engage in various daily activities. But I'm so embarrassed to even wear shorts. I have a very tiny waist however my legs hips and thighs are big, but not too big I wear about a size nine in jeans.

I believe I have cellulite problems because it is hereditary. I weigh 160 which is normal for a young woman who is 5/10. I've tried everything and I plan on getting cellulite surgery at some point in the future because it just wont go away.

I only have a cellulite problem on the back of my legs and I do not have it on my butt stomach or anywhere else. It's not an awful thing to have to deal with but at my age I would expect to have a nice toned body without any cellulite at all.

There are always risks with surgery however I do not scar easily and I would not need a dramatic change. I plan on doing tons of research and only choosing a doctor I know for a fact can get the job done. If I cant find one I wont do it.

Cellulite and Hot Yoga

Ive been doing Hot Yoga for 5 months , 3-4 times a week. Ive lost 20 lbs, and almost all the cellulite on the back of my legs has vanished! I feel strong, confident, and Im excited to go to class all the time.

Hot Yoga has a different effect on me every time I do a class. I strongly recommend it for all your health needs, and peace of mind.

I Hate Cellulite Too!

I am 42 years old and also have a cellulite problem. I have pretty much always had it on the back of my legs throughout my adult life, as had my mother and her mother, etc. I believe it is hereditary (the lack of connective tissue).

I am not fat, so it's frustrating. I am a size 4-6, also with a small waist and bigger hips/thighs. I have always worked out, and that seems to help when I am consistent and do a lot strength training, but when I take time off, the icky cellulite is at its worst. FRUSTRATING.

Never thought of having surgery for it... If someone finds some other way to reduce it, please let the world know!

Yoga For Fat Burning

Can you believe yoga is a fat burning exercise. A friend tried "hot" yoga and had some results. It's practiced in a pre-heated room and in addition to enhancing the overall yoga experience and being easy on joints and muscles, it brings about both fat burning and detoxification. Check it out.
