Dance For Fitness

Because I love dance so much, I do not feel like I am working out when I do it. It is enjoyable to me and a great way to become fit and burn calories. It is fun and I feel great when I dance.

I also love the beach, the sand and the water. I love to dance on the beach. The sand just gives as my feet dig into it. I also like to dance while I am in the waves working against the water and its forces.
