Easy Working Bed Situp Exercises

Easy Exercises For Your Abdominals:

Tools needed: Just a bed and a pillow.

1) lay on a side of the bed with your feet bending at 90 degrees over the side.

2) Bend a pillow in half and put it under your back that way your back has leverage after this start doing your basic situps/crunches but when you go back go all the way so that your head touches the bed.

This has worked really great for me I hope it does for you.

This Sounds Dangerous

This abdominal movement may work for you, but I wouldn't recommend it to everyone. The potential for back injury is fairly significant. Because you have your legs off the bed you've essentially created a hip-flexion exercise rather than an abdominal exercise. However, since the flexion is coming through the trunk rather than the legs you're putting your back in a compromised position.
