Easy Exercises For Your Abdominals:
Tools needed: Just a bed and a pillow.
1) lay on a side of the bed with your feet bending at 90 degrees over the side.
2) Bend a pillow in half and put it under your back that way your back has leverage after this start doing your basic situps/crunches but when you go back go all the way so that your head touches the bed.
This has worked really great for me I hope it does for you.
