When I embarked on my healthy lifestyle I had the same questions. The number 1 question was time. How do I juggle a full time job, 2 kids, a husband, and a household? The answer I had to figure out was Priorities.
I needed to prioritize my activities in life. I couldn’t stop taking care of the kids. I couldn’t stop working but, I finally realized that I was helping no-one if I become sick. I made my health a priority and in doing so made everything else a priority. When I got healthy I could do more because I was not so tired all of the time.
