Squats

I have been doing squats for about 2 months now and at first it seemed to really help me, but now it doesn't seem to be doing much at all. Should I keep doing the squats or search for other exercises I can do? Thanks.

Sounds like you need to change it up a bit....when we quit seeing results we need to kick it up a notch...maybe use more weight. Our bodies need to be challenged in order to see results. I went to the gym for 2 years and wasn't pushing myself and never looked any different. About 2 months ago I started to challenge myself and you wouldn't believe the difference!

I always used to hove a big round butt, but over these past few months a lost it completely. I think it was because of stress. If you want to have a nice shaped booty you should eat healthy and do squats that also helps and most important you shouldn't stress or worry.
