Super AB Sculpt Stomach Exercises
I like doing one where you grab some dumbbells,usually five to eight pounds. I'm pretty buff and that is heavy for me. Use more of course if you are a guy. stand on one leg, try to hold the other leg straight out in front of you, or just keep it bent and bring your knee up to chest level.
Now while balancing, bring your arms up from your sides so you are standing with your arms in the air straight out to the sides, and then bring them together in front of you.
Kind of like you would do in one of those sit down chest machines. Do as many as you can, never letting your foot touch the floor. Now switch sides. You will really feel that in your abs. It works Upper, Lower, sides, and arms and chest all in one. While working up a sweat!
