Toned Arm Exercises

I do arm exercises every other day, just can't seem to get the toning I desire, the rest of my body is very toned, I am at the proper healthy weight, so I just need good advice on lower and upper arms,as I really want to see a difference.

Please tell me the best ones in order as they should be done and how many reps. I have read every book and tried a lot of them but still not where I want to be!

Hi.

I have found the best and fastest way for women to get toned and defined arms is to do the following 3 exercises.. (no equipment required).

Pushups (on knees or staight plank)
Traditional pushups - I call these 'boy' pushups. Good for arms, chest, back, biceps. Hands out further than shoulders, elbows splay out to the side.

Pilate pushups - hands beneath shoulders, elbows squeeze in my your side ribs not splayed out. More difficult. Start with 1 and add on. You do not need to go completely to the floor. Good for triceps, shoulders.

Tricep dips - Sit on the edge of a chair, step, or on the floor. Roll your shoulders back and place your hands next to your hips, fingers facing forward. Lift your rear end off the edge of the chair and dip down below the chair and then raise your self back up. Keep elbows tucked into your side and not splayed out.
