Womens Sexual Health And Genital Sores

I have a sexual health worry but I'm not sure if it's from sex or from something else. I've only had sex a few times but used protection each time.

The sexual health issue I've got concerns the large amount of little pimples around my genitals. I have little bumps that are more itchy than sore. Is this a sexual health problem or would it be related more to the fact that I'm involved with sports a lot more than I used to be?

I've started playing sports a lot more than I used to. In fact, I've become quite a good athlete in college.

Could this be something like a heat rash from sweating during sports?

I don't have any problems with my sex drive at all and can reach orgasm quite easily and definitely don't have any low libido issues, just these little red bumps.
